The Paper Kites – Introduction

Ladies and gents, I’d like to introduce you to The Paper Kites.

The Paper Kites began in Melbourne, Australia in 2009. The members include high school friends Sam Bentley, Christina Lacy, Dave Powys, Josh Bentley, and Sam Rasmussen.

They are typically described as an indie folk band, but can sometimes be hard to categorize. Band member Sam Bentley once said, “We are whatever we released on the last record.” Their songs are filled with beautiful harmonies and thought-provoking lyrics.

I’m excited to share their songs with you!  They are really, one of the best.
